I started Step Forward Fitness because I believe in a simple truth: It is never too late to move forward.
A lot of people think their "prime" is a specific age, but I’m living proof that it’s not. At nearly 50 years old, I am healthier, stronger, and more capable than I was in my 30s. I didn’t get here with crash diets or punishing gym sessions—I got here through consistency, intentionality, and baby steps.
My mission is to help you discover that same strength within yourself.
